Jojoba oil isn't necessary to get you cleared up, but still, I think everyone should have some around. It's non-comedogenic and won't clog pores, and has a huge range of uses and benefits. My favorite use for it is to put a few drops into my moisturizer to make it a super-moisturizer that feels amazing and keeps my skin nice and smooth. I also use it as a lip balm.
I know people who swear by it for makeup remover, razor burn, dandruff, body lotion, hair conditioner, hair styling product, and baby care too. I give it to my massage therapist when I treat myself to a massage so that I can be sure that the oil being used wont give me a breakout. I have always kept some AHA around as a secret weapon. I use it for back acne, spot treatment, and as an overall moisturizer that takes my skin from clear to perfect. Alpha hydroxy acid powerfully exfoliates and helps bring new skin cells to the surface, which can most definitely help the complexion appear smoother. Recently, I decided to make this 10% glycolic acid so we would have the best quality AHA at a good price. I made sure it is a light feeling cream which goes on clear and spreads easily. And I added lichochalcone, a soothing licorice root extract which helps calm acne-prone skin. As always, it is fragrance-free and dye-free. I can't live without it.
